Claremont McKenna College Mock Trial is a student-run collegiate instructional trial advocacy program devoted to the understanding of courtroom legal procedures. Using case materials provided by the American Mock Trial Association (AMTA), CMC Mock Trial competes against schools throughout the country. CMC Mock Trial offers a practical tool for legal instruction to its students, as well as an ability to travel nationally to compete against the top colleges and universities in the country.

CMC Mock Trial is also proud to host AMTA's Los Angeles Regional Tournament. The AMTA-sanctioned regional brings Southern California's Mock Trial programs together for two days of competition. The top eight teams advance to the first round of AMTA's National Tournament.
